“mon angoisse” [my anguish]

turquoise composition HD 17 july 2017

“Heaven knows we need never be ashamed of our tears, for they are rain upon the blinding dust of earth, overlying our hard hearts. I was better after I had cried, than before–more sorry, more aware of my own ingratitude, more gentle.”
― Charles Dickens, Great Expectations

‘my youth, so full of enthusiasm, never dull moment, i go i jump i run,… never minding where i will end… it’s only now, in my blindness i see no more that i know how precious ahhhh… how precious how precious, Him, who created me!’

a rain storm
a flooded road
enhance the fiery
the blazing the raging heat
inside the stranded car
moans cries whispers
compete with the
thunder and lightnings.

i… a turquoise wild lily of the valley
i struggle to hide my sadness; my infant cries
for my mother’s breast; a food-hunger for love
my toddler’s tantrum for a toy
ruined by no less than me
my adolescent’s craves for caprices
now… i shout a mature howl
a bleeding wound!
