“ Shout Your Song” [ Ganturbury Tales]
sometime ago,
it was a sunday
like today…
on my way
to India
the plane is full
i want to find empty seats
so i can lay and sleep
no way, it’s hopeless
so, sitting, i sleep.
then i dream…
poet philosopher Jernail
is crying
tears flow like
tsunami uncontrolled.
he cries he cries
for unfortunate countrymen
when a flight attendant
approaches and
sings:
i cry my music
i shout my song
i whisper my lyrics
murmur the rhythm
drown the beats
dance dance dance
until
i hear see feel
no more.
